Return/Exchange:
New unused merchandise can be returned in 7 days for a full refund, less shipping. Up to 2 weeks, unused merchandise may be returned with a 25% re-stocking fee. Exchanges may be made within 10 days.

Defect Policy:
With normal use, product is guaranteed 5 years, with pro-rated credit towards replacement dog bed. Normal use does not include outdoor use, or dog bites/chewing. Inquiries will be individually settled upon request.
